Family Support Worker
14 hours per week, based at South Windsor
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Children & Families Team of Peppercorn Services Inc – a multi-service community organisation.
Peppercorn’s Children & Families Team have a family centred, strengths based approach to improve family wellbeing.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Group Worker. The primary responsibility is to provide home & centre based family support, alongside parenting programs and supported playgroups.

Volunteer Pepper's Pantry Hosts
Pepper's Pantry is a food pantry services held at the South Windsor Family Centre. Our aim is to reduce food insecurities amongst the local community. Peppercorn Children and Families does this by providing essential food items at minimal or no cost for families who are food insecure.
We are a child safe organisation and promote a fair and inclusive environment. All applications are welcome!
Being a Pepper's Pantry host is a fun role available for a variety of shifts - half day, 2 half days or a full day. We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to help deliver this service and the duties include:
- Preparation - unpacking and organising food for pantry set up and distribution
- Meet & Greet - providing a friendly welcome for families
Training is provided to the successful applicant. You will need to present your valid Working With Children Check and undergo a National Criminal History Check, which we will organise.
Casual Bus Drivers
We are expanding our Casual Driver pool and an exciting opportunity exists to join our Transport team as a Casual Bus Driver. The ideal applicant will have a sound knowledge of the Hawkesbury Local Government Area and a passion for working within our Community.
Peppercorn's Community Transport drivers are part of our Customer Service Team. They provide information about our transport services while engaging with our varied customer base. Our drivers are patient, empathetic and offer a professional and courteous service.
Applicants must hold an LR licence or higher, have a valid Working With Children Check and have an excellent driving record as evidenced by a RMS printout. They must also hold a RMS issued Bus Driver Authority.
