In 2014 Peppercorn Services Inc. (PSInc) reviewed its strategic directions resulting in the third Strategic Plan since 2005 for the organisation. PSInc identified its core mission as being a Human Services organisation that understands and is responsive to the changing needs of both our clients and the community.
The Strategic Plan 2015-2017 embeds the principles of innovation, partnerships and sustainability into the strategic directions and has built a unity of purpose for our organisation ensuring long term growth and sustainability well into the future.
We will achieve our vision by working in ways that support our values. Our goals are to:
understand and respond to community and customer needs
deliver flexible and responsive community support services
utilise our network of services to maximise positive customer outcomes
create and strengthen collaborative partnerships
invest in innovation and continuous improvement
remain financially viable with a strong financial base
have a healthy and strong workplace culture and sound corporate governance
be widely regarded as an effective advocate for the Hawkesbury
Our strategic direction compliments both the Hawkesbury City and Penrith City Councils Community Plans and utilises the infrastructure and planning capability of local government, along with the flexibility and knowledge of the community sector.
The Strategic Plan includes a yearly Operational Plan, which details the performance outcomes to be achieved across the seven PSInc branches.
