the Community Hub Project aims to: - Work within the community, providing outreach locations (currently, Windsor South Public School, Windsor Park Public School & North Richmond Public School)
- Assist parents with social networks, parenting skills, information and referrals to local services to maximise outcomes for children and families
- the Community Hubs operates a "one-stop shop"model and/or activities from a variety of locations for families with children aged 0-8 years of age
- Work in partnership with a variety of child and family services with the local hawkesbury area
Priority will be given to families who are disadvantaged. this may include, though is not limited to: - Young and/or sole parents
- Families who are socially and geographically isolated
- Families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Families who identify as Indigenous
- Families with additional support need
